Everything works as it should, the child is happy, and can operate everything. The basic plan is completely sufficient for us. I would just add one SOS call to the basic plan every six months. Really just for emergencies.

I also appreciate their quick response and the fact that they kept communicating with me continuously, even over the weekend, which is not a given these days.

My son's watch fell to the ground and the display broke; perhaps the only downside is that there is no protective glass, only scratch resistance. But KLOKI offered us a watch at a very favorable discount, so we bought another one. We had the watch at home the next day, and they even helped us switch the plan. Incredibly fast, helpful, and we are very grateful for that!

Wir haben uns für die Uhr entschieden, weil wir sie in Bezug auf das Teilen von Daten als sicher wahrnehmen. Sie gehört zu den kleineren Modellen, sodass sie an einer Kinderhand nicht zu sehr auffällt, und mit dem zusätzlich gekauften Textilarmband ist sie auch für unsere Tochter bequem, die ein sehr schmales Handgelenk hat. Die Akkulaufzeit ist erwartbar und reicht aus, wenn wir die Uhr jeden Abend zum Laden ablegen. Überrascht hat mich nur, wie lange es dauert, bis der Standort auf Anfrage aktualisiert wird, aber für uns ist das kein größeres Problem. Die Standortgenauigkeit liegt im Bereich von 10–20 m. Was mir nicht ganz durchdacht vorkommt: Aus dem Elternzugang lassen sich die Einstellungen nicht ändern, wenn sich die Uhr im Schulmodus befindet. Bei ausgeschalteter Uhr würde ich das noch verstehen. Wenn ich für meine Tochter aber das automatische Einschalten des Schulmodus eingestellt habe und ihn aus irgendeinem Grund zwischendurch ausschalten muss, geht das leider nicht.

Das GPS ist relativ genau, aber die Standortaktualisierung dauert. Allerdings hatten wir ein paar Mal ein Problem mit der App, die uns (mehrere Mitglieder zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten) völlig grundlos abgemeldet hat, und wir konnten uns nicht wieder einloggen. Das Telefonieren hat zum Glück funktioniert. Manchmal schlägt das Senden einer Sprachnachricht fehl, was mich ebenfalls stört. Das passiert beim Senden einer Nachricht vom Handy an die Uhr, obwohl ich auf dem Handy dauerhaft mobile Daten und WLAN eingeschaltet habe. 🤔 Ansonsten ist unsere Tochter von der Uhr begeistert. Schönes Design, leicht zu bedienen.

Man kann nicht erwarten, dass es wie eine Smartwatch oder ein Telefon reagiert. Das Kind hat manchmal Schwierigkeiten, sich zu dem durchzuklicken, was es machen möchte. Außerdem hätte ich bei diesem Kaufpreis und zusätzlich 5 € Monatsgebühr lieber, wenn das Telefonpaket mehr als die angebotenen 20 Minuten enthalten würde.
