Accurate GPS location. Simple operation that even an 8-year-old learned to master very quickly. No unnecessary extras or distractions like games and social media. It brings parents greater peace of mind, because when you let your children ride their bikes around town on their own, you can see exactly where they are, they can reach you quickly, and you can reach them. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I bought the Kloki watch primarily for my son’s safety, and as a product I rate it very positively. In this review, however, I would like to talk not about the watch itself, but about the company and its approach to customers.

I would like to highlight their helpfulness, kindness and absolutely great communication. From the first contact they treated me in a very human, professional way, with a genuine interest in resolving the situation. I also appreciate the speed of their responses and that they kept communicating with me continuously, even over the weekend, which is not a given these days.

I really value their fair and customer-friendly approach. This is exactly how I imagine quality service and customer care. Thank you – I recommend them with a clear conscience.

Everything works as it should, our child is happy and can use everything on their own. The basic plan is completely sufficient for us. I would just add one SOS call every six months to the basic plan. Really just for emergencies.
Otherwise, I’m amazed that it works and there’s nothing wrong with it :-)

The watch works great, and so does the GPS, which is rarely the case with most other watches. We are happy with them. I would especially like to highlight the service. My son dropped the watch on the floor and the display broke; that is perhaps the only downside, that there is no protective glass, only scratch resistance. But KLOKI offered us a watch at a really good discount, so we bought another one. We had the watch at home the very next day, and they also helped us transfer the plan. Incredibly fast, helpful, and we are very grateful for that!
