Instructions for Properly Charging Your Watch
1. Use the correct charging cable
KLOKI Watches are charged using magnetic charging cable, which is included in the package. This cable is specially designed for your watch, and therefore it is important to use only the one supplied with the product. Connect the cable to any USB power supply (adapter) rated 5V/2A (10W). You can find such a power source on most chargers or computers.
And where can you find such information on your adapter? Simply on the bottom or on the side of your adapter.
2. Keep the connector clean
Before connecting the charging cable, we recommend checking the magnetic connector of the watch. Make sure it is clean and free of any dirt that could affect the charging process. If the connector is dirty, gently wipe it with a soft cloth.
3. Temperature during charging
To achieve the best charging performance, it is important to pay attention to the temperature at which you charge the watch. The ideal temperature range for charging is between 0–45 °C. Excessively high or low temperatures can negatively affect charging efficiency and battery lifespan.
4. Fast charging is not supported
KLOKI Watches do not support fast charging technology. If you were to use an incompatible fast charger, you could damage the watch battery. It is essential to use only an adapter rated 5V/2A (10W).
5. What to do in case of charging issues?
If you encounter issues while charging, we recommend trying a few simple steps:
- Try connecting the charging cable to a different USB port, such as the port on your computer or another USB power source with a maximum voltage of 5V and a maximum current of 2A.
- If that doesn't help, try another charging cable. The quality of the cable has a significant impact on charging efficiency.
